These terms describe how we work together on projects delivered by Black Pearl Studio.
Scope of work
Every engagement begins with a written proposal describing deliverables, timeline and pricing. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Projects typically start with a deposit, with the remaining balance due at agreed milestones. Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the final design and content deliverables produced for your project. We may display the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Support
Launched projects include a support window for fixes. Ongoing maintenance, updates and improvements are covered by our care plans.
